• Your name.
• A photo of your desk controller showing the model number.
• Tell us the desk brand/model.
• Confirm the controls (M1-M4 buttons, Desk Height slider, Height Cover) and sensors function or what doesn’t.
• If you needed to enable one-touch on your desk.
• Anything else that will help someone.

Conditions:

• The 1st person who sends the same model number with all the information above provided will then have a 10% refund applied to the DeskUp Pro device + shipping (excluding any customs fees) to their order when we add it to our list.
• The refund will be calculated in GBP.
• The offer expires 10 calendar days after delivery (as shown by the courier tracking).
